Are you a landscape professional, educator, or part of a water related NGO or government agency? Would you like to get more familar with greywater concepts, design and installation? What are the latest developments in the field from those who are putting in and testing these systems? How does greywater interact with the landscape or garden space? What are the best plants to use in a greywater system? What other considerations are there for designers and installers? We'll discuss these and other aspects of greywater at our next Technical Round table, to be held at the Watershed Resource Center, 2981 Cliff Dr, Santa Barbara 93109, at Hendry's beach, on Monday, Janaury 11, 2016, from 7:00-8:30PM. Please note we have switched back to our original time for this meeting.
Technical round tables are held on the second Monday of each month. In January, we’ll look at greywater concepts, design and installation, share our experiences, challenges, tips, sources, and anything else we’re moved to explore together. Our goals are for each of us to feel more empowered and ready to promote or install systems, create a support system so we can quickly trouble shoot with each other, and make our community more resilient and greywater ready. This is an ongoing process and I hope you’ll join us and continue to attend these productive meetings.
The cost is just $10 at the door in cash or check. Looking forward to seeing you there.
